Thank you for your inquiry regarding Dovetail’s Loyalty Reward Program.
We are happy to share our success and wish to reward our loyal clients with a plan that will mutually benefit our relationship.
We, at Dovetail believe in properly maintaining our color and cut with regularly scheduled appointments approximately six weeks apart. We have thus devised a “Loyalty Program”, whereby our clients may regularly maintain their looks, without substantially impacting their budgets, and are rewarded for their loyalty. Essentially this is a “buy four get one free” offer. That will bring your Haircut service to $40 from $50, and works as follows.
- Clients pre-schedule their next five appointments, approximately six weeks apart.
One week before each appointment you may reschedule for a more convenient time and/or day. - All five services should be accomplished approximately within six months from signing up for the Package.
- The applicable first four appointments are, individually or a combination of:
a Haircut, a Single Process Root Touch-up, Highlights, Men’s Haircut($25 value), and/or a Hair Facial Conditioning Treatment. (All women’s services of $ 50 or greater). - We will not require prepayment; you will be able to “pay as you go”.
- At the time of the fifth service, (to be accomplished approximately within six months from signing up) the haircut will be at no charge.
We believe this is a win-win for Dovetail and our clients. We find most clients are scheduling regular services approximately six weeks apart anyway, thus we both benefit from loyalty and properly maintained Hair.

These talented and fully trained Hairstylists and Nail Technicians are the best of their class and completely capable of providing unparalleled service.
